INTRODUCTION

The number of dogs being diagnosed with cancer is devastating. This web site is dedicated to all pets and their owners who are being or have been affected by this terrible disease. We give our hearts to these creatures knowing that in 10-12 years they will be gone from our lives. Having them taken from us in as little as 2 is unacceptable.

Canine Cancer Awareness is truly a from-the-heart cause that has been taken up by those who have been faced with cancer in their own precious "fur-baby". Until you, yourself are faced with this almost always fatal disease in our pets, you are unaware how prevalent it is and how many others there are who are facing, or have faced it. We have found ourselves embarking on a life-long journey, committed to helping in any way we can.

Our hope is that someday no one will be faced with this dreaded diagnosis again. We have planted the seed. All we need to do now is nurture it and watch it grow.

DIRECT FINANCIAL DONATIONS

If you would like to make a direct donation to help someone who has been faced with canine cancer but simply cannot afford to pay their precious pets' veterinary costs and to help us promote Canine Cancer Awareness, there are two ways of donating. You may make an instant donation using your credit card using the link below or by mailing a check.

To those who donate to a specific dog (either in honor of or in memory of), a certificate of acknowledgment will be mailed to that dog's owner. When available, a photo of the dog who's named in the donation, will be incorporated into the certificate.

With any donation of $100 or more, you will also receive a great autographed CD, "Stories from the alley" generously donated by The Mad Housewives, Toronto based recording artists. You can visit their website and listen to samples of the songs at www.madhousewives.com. You will not be disappointed and will help a great cause at the same time.

This donation will be made through PayPal using the credit card of your choice

Or, if you prefer, you can mail a check to:
